Restoration is above all knowledge. In fact, it is important to know the building and the place in wich it is located before starting the restoration.

The aim is to enhance the elements with respect for the past. Some major restoration where really challenging because of the hard decision of what needs to be changed considerably in order to accommodate the new needs even if that differed so much from the original structure.
